The American company specializing in software and Internet services"Google" launched in collaboration with the National Aeronautics and Space "NASA" and the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric NOAA, night map of the world.
And appear in the map of the world at night with the concentration of clusters human evidenced by lights that give off, as the NASA a few days ago have taken a picture of the dark side of the hemispheres east and west and called it "Dark Ball" style image lighter side of the half and that was I called it "Blue Ball".
The NASA team said they needed to 9 days of April last 13 days of October to capture images for 312 orbits of the Earth orbits, to get a picture net each part, whether on land or at sea. And that they have resorted enabled sensors infrared imaging visual, light-sensitive technology.
The snapshot "Dark Ball" of the planet taken from the same angle at which picked them "Blue Ball".
It should be noted that this map is not an official feature in Google Maps, that is they have not yet integrates them within service "Google Earth", but is only available through a separate link.
